RECEPTIONIST

Job Function

•    Answering telephone courteously and professionally.

•    Ensure accurate detailed messages are recorded and given to the

relevant person(s).

•    Caller requests are dealt with politely and helpfully at all time.

•    Attend to and receive visitors immediately.

•    Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

•    Dispatching of all mail received on a daily basis

•    Perform ad-hoc admin requests accurately and timeously.

•    Perform any other duties as may be reasonably designated from

time to time

 

Key Performance Areas

•      Answering telephones

•      Dispatching of all mail received on a daily basis

•      Attend to and receive visitors immediately.

 

Qualifications Required

•      Grade 12 or equivalent

•     Skills and Experience Required

•      A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position

•      Good verbal and written communications skills

•      Computer literate: Excel, Word

•      Good communication skills, deal with people at all levels

 

Other Requirements

•      Display good posture

•      Display excellent listening skills

•      Strong interpersonal skills

•      Understand customer service process
